Description
Stand on the affected leg with a kettlebell in one hand. Keeping your spine neutral, bend forward at the hip while simultaneously pushing the free leg backward as far as possible, keeping the pelvis horizontal and level. Place the kettlebell on the ground, grab it with the other hand, and return to the starting position. Keep the knee of the supporting leg bent at 10 to 20 degrees and the knee of the free leg straight. Perform this exercise slowly at first.
