Description

You are standing, next to a wall, with a straight back, knees straight, supported on the leg to be worked, and the hand on the side of the wall resting on it. While keeping the leg as straight as possible, slowly tilt your body forward and gradually bring the trunk to a horizontal position. At the same time, the leg closest to the wall rises to act as a counterweight. A slight knee bend on your supporting leg is allowed. When you feel tension behind the knee, return to an upright position and bend the hip and knee to 90° with the leg closest to the wall as well as the elbow on the opposite side.
