Get into a glute bridge position, with your feet on an unstable surface (cushion or other support), your hips raised, and your core engaged. In this position, quickly lift one foot off the unstable surface, then put it back down and lift the other foot in the same way, while keeping your hips raised and stable. Alternate your support dynamically for the specified time or number of repetitions, then slowly lower your hips back to the floor.
