Description

From the half-kneeling position, with your front foot firmly planted on the floor and your back knee resting behind your hip, place your hands on the floor or on your front thigh to stabilize yourself. As you inhale, move your pelvis slightly forward to open the back hip, then, as you exhale, move your pelvis back toward a more neutral position, in a slow and controlled manner and without forcing the range. Keep your torso upright, your shoulders down, and your neck long. Maintain smooth breathing, letting it accompany each movement of your pelvis, without losing stability, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
