Description
Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Take a step back to get into a lunge position. Bend your front knee to lower the back leg's knee near the ground, keeping your torso straight and stable. Then, push off with your front leg to bring the back leg forward, raising the knee and performing a small jump while straightening the supporting leg. Control the movement by slowly returning to the lunge position with the back leg. Make sure to keep your pelvis aligned and avoid any twisting of the torso. Shoulders should remain straight and oriented forward throughout the exercise.
