Description
Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Take a step directly back to get into a lunge position. Keeping your balance, bend your front knee to bring the back leg's knee close to the ground, while keeping your torso straight and stable. Then straighten up by bringing the back leg forward, lifting the knee to hip height while straightening the supporting leg. Slowly return to the lunge position by bringing the raised leg back behind you. Repeat the movement smoothly, keeping the pelvis aligned and the shoulders facing forward, without twisting the torso. Maintain controlled breathing and stable balance throughout the exercise.
