Description
Stand steady with a weighted disc held in both hands. Raise your arms straight above your head. Then raise one leg, keeping your pelvis aligned and the foot of the supporting leg firmly planted on the ground. Adopt an upright, recumbent posture, with the supporting leg straight and the other knee bent at 90°. Then bring the raised leg quickly and explosively towards the floor, as if you were scraping the ground with your foot. Simultaneously, lower the disc in front of you with your arms outstretched. Quickly return to the starting position and stabilize for 3 to 4 seconds, then repeat.
