Description

Place a Swiss ball against a wall to stabilize it and position your hands on it, shoulder-width apart. Adopt a plank position by engaging your abs to maintain a straight posture, avoiding any arching of the back. Shift your body weight forward by bending at the hip and bringing one knee towards your chest, towards the ball. Then, gently push yourself away from the ball while extending the leg back and slightly lifting it upwards, controlling the movement. Repeat this movement smoothly on the same side for the prescribed number of repetitions or duration, maintaining regular breathing and a stable posture throughout the exercise.
