Description
Lie on your back with your arms alongside your body. Place the soles of your feet against a wall in front of you, with your knees bent at about 90 degrees and your thighs perpendicular to the floor. Contract your glutes and abs to lift your hips off the ground. In this position, give a push and bring one knee toward you while keeping the support on the other. Next, repeat the movement by giving two dynamic pushes against the wall with the supporting leg, before flexing it toward you and placing the other leg on the wall. After several dynamic repetitions, changing the supporting leg each time, relax and return to the starting position.
