Description

Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Quickly drop into a squat, “absorbing” the movement: lower your hips while pushing your head toward the ceiling. Bend your hips, knees, and ankles at the same time (triple flexion), keeping your trunk straight, without tipping forward. Freeze the position for one second: the landing should be quiet and stable, as if you were landing on eggs. Slowly come back up and repeat.
