Eccentric Squat
KneeStrengthening

Description
While standing behind a chair or a similar object for support, place your feet hip-width or shoulder-width apart. Slowly lower into a squat, bending your knees until you reach a 90-degree angle or the height recommended by your physical therapist. Ensure your heels remain in contact with the floor at all times. Use the chair to help you rise back up, then repeat the exercise.
