Description

You are seated, with your elbow slightly bent and resting on a table, the wrist hanging off the edge, hand oriented with the thumb facing the ceiling, holding an elastic band anchored lower and slightly behind you. The non-working hand pulls the elastic band to release the tension, while you tilt the opposite wrist, bringing the little finger towards the table, without lifting the forearm. You then slowly return to the starting position, controlling the movement.
