Description
Lie supine with your feet hip-width apart, knees bent, and arms resting on the outer edges of your hands. Push your knees forward as if your feet were trying to move toward your glutes, then lift your pelvis to open the groin crease while keeping your spine in a neutral position, without arching your lower back. Hold for a few seconds, then lower your hips and rest your sacrum on the floor. Perform the movement in a controlled manner, keeping your core engaged throughout the entire rise.
