Description
From Half Splits Pose, with your front leg straight, your pelvis shifted back, and your hands resting on either side of your hip, shift your pelvis forward as you inhale, bending your front knee to return to a Low Lunge, letting your pelvis gradually sink toward the floor. As you exhale, push through your front foot to move your pelvis back and return to Half Splits Pose, straightening your front leg. Perform this back-and-forth movement in a smooth and controlled manner. Keep your back long, your shoulders down, and your neck in line with your spine. Keep your breathing calm, letting it accompany each transition, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
