Description

Lie on your back with your knees bent and a ball placed between your knees. As you exhale, draw your belly in to activate your deep abdominal muscles (transverse abdominis). Then, squeeze the ball and lift your hips off the floor until your thighs and torso are in a straight line. Hold this position for the recommended time, then relax and return to the starting position.
