Description
Get into the quadruped position, actively spread your fingers, then press through the pads of your fingers while keeping your palms in contact with the floor. Keep the base of your index finger firmly planted and stable, then slightly draw your little finger toward your thumb to create a “suction cup” effect in your hand. Distribute the pressure between the different points of contact without collapsing into your wrist, keeping your arms engaged. Keep your neck long and your gaze neutral. Keep your breathing calm, performing the movement in a slow and controlled manner.
