Description

Stand facing a chair, a bench, or a stool. Attach a resistance band to a sturdy anchor point, on the side opposite the foot you want to work, then place it around the middle of that foot so that it pulls inward. Place the other foot on the chair, then rise onto the toes of the foot with the resistance band. Slightly lift the foot resting on the chair so that only the other foot is in contact with the floor, and resist the pull while keeping your balance on the forefoot. Hold the position for three to five seconds, lower, then repeat.
