Description

Stand sideways to the pulley. First, attach the pulley strap around the ankle of the leg you are working. Stand on your other leg and, if necessary, keep your balance with the help of a wall or a stick, as shown in the video. Keeping the working leg as straight as possible, bring it in front of you against the resistance of the pulley until it crosses the midline of your body. You can bend your knee slightly if that makes it easier to pass in front of your supporting leg. Then slowly return to the starting position, controlling the movement, and repeat.
