Description

Start by attaching both ends of the elastic band to secure objects. Then, lie on your back with your legs extended under the elastic band. Next, bend the knee of the affected leg and pass it over the elastic band, directing your knee outward. Try to minimize contact with the elastic band. When your leg is below the elastic band with the knee bent, place your foot on the elastic band and extend your leg, overcoming the resistance of the elastic band. Then, let your knee rise to bring your leg back under the elastic band, directing your knee inward this time. Once below the elastic band with your leg extended, bend your knee again, overcoming the resistance of the elastic band, and then let your leg return to the initial position. Repeat this exercise.
