Description

Attach an elastic band at chest height in front of you. Loop the band around your back and grasp the end with the hand opposite to the leg you wish to work on. Stand on that leg and slightly bend your knee. Perform a trunk rotation in the direction of the hand holding the band, then rotate in the opposite direction while resisting the tension of the elastic band. Perform this movement continuously and in a controlled manner, keeping the other leg in the air without touching the ground.
