Description

Start by sitting against the wall. Bend your opposite knee. The first step is to let your foot turn outward, which will place your hip in the desired position. Next, you need to perform a very strong contraction of the quadriceps by squeezing your thigh as hard as possible. Maintain this constant contraction, tighten your abdominal muscles, and then lift your leg into the air. Try to draw an invisible ‘U’ in the air, keeping your toes pointed outward all the time. Think about making your leg as long and straight as possible when lifting it.
