Description

You're in the knight-errant position, with the leg to be worked on in front of you, hip and knee bent at 90°, while the opposite leg rests on the ground behind you, knee bent at 90°. You can use two sticks, canes or other objects to balance yourself. Lift the front leg off the ground to flex the hip, then straighten the knee. Then return to the starting position. Be careful not to move your pelvis or flex your abdomen during the movement.
