Description

You are in a lying position on your side, the lower leg is bent to the ground and the other is bent forward in the air, with the knee bent 90°. Without moving the knee, you will perform an external hip rotation by lowering the foot to the floor and then an external rotation by raising it to the ceiling. Make sure to keep the knee as fixed as possible during movement, the foot and leg should rotate around it.
