Description

Start in a seated position on the floor, with both legs bent at 90°, one leg in front of you and the other behind. Place your hands behind you for support. From this position, rotate your hips by alternating the position of your knees, moving from one side to the other. Make sure to keep your upper body upright throughout the exercise. Each time you lift the back knee, pause briefly before placing the knee on the ground and rotating to the other side. Repeat the movement smoothly and in a controlled manner.
