Description

Lie on your back, on a mat or on your bed. Grasp your thigh below the knee with both hands, then gently bring your knee toward you until you feel the other leg or the other hip start to lift. At this point, push your thigh lightly against your hands as if you wanted to lower the leg, while resisting with your hands for 3 to 5 seconds. Then relax, and try to gain a little range by bringing your knee slightly closer to you, possibly a little to the side. Repeat the maneuver 3 to 4 times.
