Description
Position yourself in a high plank position (on hands, elbows extended) with your ankles on a support (like a stool, bed, or box). The back should be straight, without arching, and the chin tucked. Engage your lower abdominals (transverse abdominis) by pulling in your navel and contracting the pelvic floor muscles. Lift one leg off the support and bend it to prevent it from touching the support. Perform the exercise by lowering and raising the pelvis alternately.
