Description

Stand perpendicular to a wall, with one hand resting on it. Your body should lean slightly toward the wall, and you can adjust this lean according to your level: the greater the angle, the more demanding the exercise becomes. Keep your feet parallel to the wall, then lift the leg on the side you are working. Push against the wall and shift your support onto the other leg, landing on the forefoot to stabilize the position. Hold this position for one to two seconds, then gently return to the starting point by lifting the opposite leg again.
