Description

Stand with one foot on an inclined plane, engaging the muscles by pressing down through the toes into plantar flexion. Slowly shift your weight onto the foot on the incline, lifting the other foot off the ground, maintaining balance and control throughout the exercise. Hold this position briefly, then return to the starting position. Repeat as instructed by your physical therapist.
