Description

Get on all fours on a mat, then lower your elbows so that they are aligned with your shoulders. Your knees should ideally be hip-width apart, and your back should remain as straight as possible. Next, engage in internal hip rotation by moving the foot of the leg you are working on towards the outside. Throughout this movement, make sure not to lift your knees.
