Description

Lie on your side with an elastic band around your ankles, making sure it's slightly stretched from the start. Place a small ball between your knees, which should remain one above the other and bent at 90 degrees, while your hips are bent at 45 degrees. Without moving your trunk, slowly lift the foot of the upper leg by internally rotating the hip, while keeping the knees in contact and the ball in place. Control the movement and ensure to maintain a stable posture throughout the exercise.
