Description
Stand upright, place the knee of the leg you want to work on a stool, bent at 90°, while keeping the other supporting leg stable on the ground. Attach an elastic band around the ankle of the leg on the stool, with the other end secured on the opposite side. You will put tension on the elastic band by rotating the stool to bring your foot outward in order to perform an internal hip rotation. Be careful not to spread your thigh during the movement. Then slowly return to the starting position.
