Description

Stand between a SwissBall and a wall, with the leg closest to the wall bent at a 90° angle. Press the ankle and foot of this leg against the SwissBall, while the other leg remains on the floor for support. From this position, rotate your thigh inward, turning your leg inward without moving your knee, and push your foot against the SwissBall. Maintain this pressure for the indicated time, then gently release.
