Description

You are standing facing an Airex, leaning on the foot you want to work on, with the other foot suspended in the air. Your back is against a taut elastic band wrapped around your waist. You should feel the elastic band pulling you backward. You will jump and land on the Airex with the foot you are working on, resisting the pulling force of the elastic band. Hold the position for a few seconds when you land before returning to the starting position.
