Description

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet on the floor. Place your hands on your hips and tilt your pelvis backward. Without moving the rest of your body, slowly let one knee drop to the side as far as possible, then return to the starting position. You should feel the movement only in the hip joint, and engage your core muscles to maintain body stability. Avoid excessive movement of the back or pelvis, and resist the urge to arch your lower back during the movement.
