Description

Attach a resistance band to a heavy, stable support in front of you, then loop it behind your knee. You can place a small piece of foam or a towel between the band and your knee for added comfort. Place your foot on an incline, with your heel firmly in contact with the support. From this position, bend your knee in a controlled manner, then straighten up by fully extending your knee against the band's resistance. Try to keep your balance throughout the movement and repeat according to your therapist's instructions.
