Description

Place your foot on a chair, with the hip and knee flexed, keeping the foot stable. Place one hand on the outer side of the thigh, near the knee, and the other hand on the inner side of the shin. Both forearms are parallel. With both hands, create a slight glide by pushing the thigh inward and the shin outward. Maintain this glide as you slowly move the knee forward to increase flexion, then return while controlling the movement. The exercise should remain pain-free. Release only once you have returned to the starting position, then begin again by re-establishing the glide before each movement.
