Description
Get into the quadruped position, with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Lift one leg back, then bring your knee toward your chest, slightly rounding your upper back. Actively push your hands into the floor, keeping your arms engaged, your trunk braced, and your pelvis stable over your supporting knee. Then return to the starting position by moving your knee back without losing alignment. Repeat the movement smoothly, synchronizing it with your breathing, aiming for control, stability, and engagement, then continue on the other side.
