Description

Get into a lunge position, with your front foot firmly planted on the ground and your back foot behind you. Position yourself so that an elastic band, attached to the side, pulls your front knee inward. In this lunge position, actively push your front knee outwards to align it with your thigh and foot, against the resistance of the elastic band. Hold the position for a second, then slowly bring your knee back inwards, controlling the movement. Repeat the recommended number of times.
