Description

Stand with your back to a chair and place your back foot on it, while your front foot stays slightly in front of you, with the heel off the ground. In this position, perform quick lateral jumps, aiming to spend as little time as possible on the ground. Stiffen your foot firmly before each landing and keep your heel raised throughout the exercise. Once you have completed the prescribed number of repetitions or duration, lower your heel and relax.
