Description

You are lying on your side, supported on the lower elbow, legs straight and an elastic band around your feet. While maintaining support on the edge of the foot and forearm on the ground side, you will raise your pelvis and lower limbs to align them with your trunk. While holding the position, you will bring the top leg in front of you at 90° hip and knee flexion and then return to the starting position. You then slowly return to the starting position.
