Description

You are standing, hands behind your back. You will perform lateral steps while alternating the supporting leg. To do this, you step one leg to the side, then bend the knee and hip of the opposite leg at 90 degrees and hold the position once stabilized. Then you lower the leg and spread it during the descent to take a new lateral step and replicate the previous action with the opposite side.
