Description
From the quadruped position, step one foot forward to the outside of the hand on the same side, with your back knee on the floor and slightly back behind your hip. Keep both hands on the floor, on either side of your front foot, and let your pelvis gradually sink toward the floor without forcing, keeping your front foot firmly planted. Keep your shoulders down, your neck long, and your gaze toward the floor or slightly forward. Keep your breathing calm, feeling the opening in your hips while staying stable on your supports, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
