Description
From a Lizard Pose, with your hands on the floor and your front foot placed outside your hand, keep your back knee on the ground, then bend your elbows to gradually bring your torso closer to the floor. Keep your hips low and stable without collapsing in your lower back, and root your front foot firmly into the ground. Keep your arms engaged as you lower down, your shoulders relaxed and away from your ears, your neck long, and your gaze toward the floor. Maintain a calm breath as you work on opening your hips while preserving control and stability, then come back up and repeat on the other side.
