Description

Start by placing yourself in a forward lunge, bending at the knees, with the front foot resting on an unstable support such as a Bosu. At the back, keep your foot balanced on the sole of the foot and in line with your front foot. Pass a load, such as a kettlebell, between your legs, then stretch your arms out to the sides while maintaining your balance. Then pass the load back to the other side, passing it between your legs, and repeat the exercise.
