Description
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a weight in one hand. Step back with the side holding the weight to get into a lunge position. Bend your front knee to lower your back knee near the ground, keeping your torso straight and stable. At the same time, lift the weight by extending your arm above your head. Then straighten up, returning to the starting position, while lowering your arm. Repeat the movement in a smooth and controlled manner, making sure to maintain an aligned posture and regular breathing.
