Description

You are standing in a lunge position, perpendicular to the anchor point of an elastic band placed on the side opposite to the front leg and which loops around the knee of the latter. You will slowly move down along a vertical axis by bending the back leg until you achieve an angle of about 90° without the front knee surpassing the toes and while resisting the pull of the elastic band. Make sure not to let the knee turn inward during the movement. Then, slowly return to the starting position.
