Description

Place two discs a short distance apart, then position your forefoot on the front disc and your hindfoot on the back disc, so that the middle of your foot hangs in the air. Stay balanced on that leg and grasp the end of a bar resting on the floor. Lean your torso forward while bringing the bar toward the floor, while your free leg stretches backward. Then quickly straighten up, bringing that leg back in front of you with the knee bent. Throughout the exercise, be sure to keep your plantar arch active without letting it collapse.
