Description

Stand on one leg facing a wall, holding a ball in your hands. Keep your supporting leg as straight as possible, with a slight bend allowed for comfort and stability. Slowly lean your body forward while slightly lifting the opposite leg to act as a counterweight. When you feel tension in the back of your supporting leg, quickly return to the starting position and, using the momentum, jump on your supporting leg while throwing the ball against the wall. Catch the ball after the bounce, stabilize yourself, then repeat the exercise in a fluid and controlled manner.
