Description
Stand up, barefoot or in socks. Try to move forward using only your toes, pulling them toward you and then pushing them back into the floor, like a clawing movement. Move both feet forward at the same time, using all your toes as much as possible. Perform a few movements forward, then repeat according to the number of repetitions indicated by your physiotherapist.
