Description

Sit down with one leg resting on top of the other. Use one hand to grasp the big toe (hallux) of the upper leg, while the other hand stabilizes the foot. Move the hallux by pulling the big toe away from the other toes, then bringing it back to the starting position. Perform passive movements with your hand, maintaining gentle and gradual control within the available range of motion.
